SPF should be a non-negotiable part of all of our skin care regimes if we want to protect and care for our skin. Sunscreen should be worn everyday, even on cold, wet dreary looking days, because UV rays are still able to penetrate the skin even in the winter.

How do you choose the right SPF?
Choosing a sunscreen with a high factor will mean you have enough protection to stay out in the sun longer without having to reapply the product.
In addition to having a high factor, sunscreen should also offer protection from both UVA and UVB as well as IR and blue light.
- UVA protection will help guard against ageing and skin cancers
- UVB protection will help guard against burning and skin cancers
